Terms & Conditions
Welcome to LocalBill360, a billing and invoice management platform operated by Towns Genie Labs. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using LocalBill360, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of the Application
LocalBill360 is designed for shopkeepers, retailers, and businesses to manage invoices, customers, inventory, and payment records. Users are solely responsible for the information entered into the Application.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide a valid mobile number during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, OTP verification, and security PIN.
4. Subscription & Membership
LocalBill360 may display subscription plans, membership tiers, or premium features within the Application. However, currently all features are provided free of cost during the early access phase.
At this time:
- No subscription charges are collected
- No automatic billing is enabled
- No recurring payments are processed
- All users currently receive free access to app features
LocalBill360 reserves the right to introduce paid plans or premium memberships in future updates.
5. Invoice Payments
LocalBill360 does not currently process or facilitate online customer payments.
Payment statuses such as Paid, Unpaid, or Partial are manually managed by shopkeepers for bookkeeping purposes only.
All payment transactions between shopkeepers and customers, including cash, UPI, bank transfer, or offline settlements, are handled independently outside the Application.
LocalBill360 is not responsible for:
- Payment disputes
- Delayed settlements
- Failed transfers
- Customer dues
- Offline payment verification
6. Data Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of invoices, customer records, inventory details, GST information, and business data stored within the Application.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not misuse the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
8. Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
LocalBill360 and Towns Genie Labs shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses
- Incorrect invoices
- Customer disputes
- Payment-related conflicts
- Data inaccuracies caused by user actions
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
